Patient is a 52 year old female that came complaining of severe left hip pain. Patient explained that a few years ago she had a left Total Hip Arthroplasty (THA) done at an outside institution and since then has been experiencing recurrent right hip dislocations.
Patient was advised to have a revision THA with a constrained liner due to the recurrent dislocations of the THA prosthesis.

Upon follow up patient was doing much better and was no longer experiencing dislocations of the left hip. At latest follow up, patient had no pain, was weight bearing as tolerated, and had good range of motion.
